Howard G. "Mike" Morrow

Howard G. “Mike” Morrow age 76 of Bethel Park passed away Wednesday September 4, 2019 in Canterbury Place Pittsburgh following a brief illness. He was born March 11, 1943 in Pittsburgh a son of the late Lawrence and Ruby Morrow. Mike lived most of his life in Bethel Park. Prior to his retirement he had been employed as a sheet metal worker with Schneider Sheet Metal of Pittsburgh and had proudly served with the United States Army during the Viet Nam era. Mike's passion through life was creating with his hands. With precision and love put into every detail, from the shiniest of metal to the most delicate piece of paper. His art allowed him to shine in his own special way. Howard's bond with his little dog Hairy and the cats at the farm let him feel in return, if only a bit, the love that he gave us all. On April 22, 1972 he married his devoted wife Loie Wiltse who survives. Also left behind to cherish his memory are his beloved daughters Shannon Lee Morrow (Doug Kerly) of Bridgeville and Kerry (David) Craig of South Park, his dear grandchildren Taylor Linke, Alana and Ryan Craig, siblings Katie Cain of Bridgeville, Ray (Nancy) Morrow of Las Vegas Nevada, Mary Bowe of Centerville and Pat (Jack) Boyd of Upper St. Clair and several nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to his parents is his sister Helen Sowers.

Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens McMurray.
