Cynthia "Cindy" "LouLou" Karner

Cynthia “Cindy” “LouLou” Karner age 72 of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, in TownView Heath and Rehabilitation Center, Canonsburg. She was born April 7, 1953, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late James and Elizabeth Eperthener Czeczely. Cindy had been employed with the Canon-McMillan School District, as head of the custodial department prior to her retirement. She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing at Pymatuning Lake and camping at Pineview Camplands in Linesville , PA. She was a member of the White Eagles Society, the French Club, the PNU, and the VFW Post 191 all of Canonsburg. In 1998, she married Dennis Karner who passed away March 3, 2017, after 19 years of marriage. Left behind to cherish her memory is her brother Mark (Barb who passed away January 8, 2026) Czeczely of Canonsburg, sister Julie (Ray) Haagen of Cochranville, Chester County, 2 step children, grandchildren & great grandchildren, brother-in-law Gary (Dorie) Karner, and several nieces and nephews. Cindy was the godmother to Steven Skotarczak & Catherine (Cassie) Czeczely. Also left behind is her care giver and good friend Debbie Tarnik. Deceased in addition to her parents is her son Shawn Czeczely, grandson Kevin Sutton and her brother James (Carol) Czeczely Jr. of Kentucky.
