Julie Ann Antonelli

Julie Ann Antonelli, born Julie Ann Gindler on May 31, 1960, in Storm Lake, Iowa, passed away surrounded by family on March 9, 2026, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Julie met the love of her life, Gerry Antonelli, in 1983 in Kissimmee, Florida. They were married in 1984 and went on to share 42 wonderful years together. Julie enjoyed going to the beach, baking, crafting, watching baseball and football, and sitting under a cozy blanket by the fireplace. She was known for her resilience, kindness, and joyful spirit. Though she faced profound challenges throughout her life, Julie remained steadfast in her faith in Jesus and met each day with remarkable strength and grace. Her ability to find joy and share laughter, even in the midst of hardship, was a gift to everyone who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Gerald Antonelli; her children, Joseph (Haley) and Nicholas (Annie); and Julie’s three grandchildren, Maya, Leo, and Emma.

Family and friends are welcome from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Saturday, March 14, at Salandra Funeral Services, Joseph P. Salandra LFD, owner/supervisor, 304 W. Pike Street, Canonsburg, PA 15317. A service will be held at 12:00 p.m. with the burial following at 1:00 p.m. at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 2900 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317.
