Lisa W. Krupa age 69, of Washington, passed away peacefully, Thursday, May 8, 2025, in Concordia of South Hills. She was born on July 6, 1955, in Pottstown, a daughter of the late Morgan and Philomena Lucidi Williams. Lisa was a graduate of Pottsgrove High School class of 1973 and Slippery Rock College, in 1977. She was a faithful member of St. Patrick Church of St. Oscar Romero Parish, where she taught reading and English at St. Patrick School for many years. Lisa lived in the Washington area in her adult life, she enjoyed cross stitching and was an avid reader. She belonged to the Book Bag reading group and still met with other teachers from St. Patrick’s for lunch and other get togethers. She most enjoyed going to the beach with her family and spending a lot of summers at Ocean City with her grandchildren and their parents. On July 30, 1977, she married James R. Krupa, who passed away June 3, 2007, after 29 years of marriage. Left behind to cherish her memory is her beloved daughter Jessalyn Gielarowski and her husband Ronald of Pittsburgh, her dear grandchildren, Samaiya, Aviva, Piper and Alistair Gielarowski and her brother James Williams and his wife Colleen of Kennett Square, PA, and their children.
Friends and family are welcome from 2 pm until 8 pm on Sunday, May18, 2025, in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. Joseph P. Salandra LFD owner/supervisor 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg where departing prayers will be recited at 9:40 am on Monday May 19, 2025. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10 am in St. Oscar Romero Parish, St. Patrick Church 317 West Pike Street Canonsburg.
