Mark A. Aquilino, 67, of Canonsburg, PA, died Thursday, March 26, 2026, at home, peacefully surrounded by his family and his devoted partner, Suzann, who were by his side. He was born February 27, 1959, in Canonsburg, the son of Betty Malinak Aquilino and the late Tony Aquilino. Mark was a member of St. Oscar Romero Catholic Church in Canonsburg.

He was a 1977 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School, attended school for real estate, and worked as a realtor for RE/MAX with 40 years of experience in the field. He also worked as an Real estate investor and had a lifelong passion for building and designing homes.

During his career, he earned the Executive Club annual award for RE/MAX 22 of 24 years and was inducted into the Career Award Hall of Fame in 2010—a prestigious honor recognizing sustained excellence and high-level production achieved by fewer than 30% of all RE/MAX affiliates.

It’s difficult to fully express the depth of this loss, because it’s more than the passing of a remarkable individual—it’s the absence of a presence, a warmth, and a steady, genuine spirit that made life brighter for everyone around him. Even in our grief, there is gratitude: gratitude for the time we shared, for the quiet lessons he taught through his actions, and for the example he set—one of dedication, integrity, kindness, and unwavering loyalty.

Mark’s legacy is one of hard work, honesty, and compassion. He will be remembered not only for his dedication to his career, but for the genuine way he treated others and the positive impact he had on so many lives.

Mark enjoyed spending time with family and friends, riding his Harley, and immersing himself in music. He loved attending countless concerts, and he cherished the unforgettable experiences of meeting top musicians backstage—including members of the Rolling Stones. These moments reflected his vibrant spirit, his passion for life, and the joy he found in sharing it with those he loved.

He is survived by his beloved partner, Suzann McGeary, and her children, Owen and Madelyn McGeary, whom he loved as his own; his mother, Betty Aquilino; brothers, John (Pam) Aquilino and Todd Aquilino; sister, Jody Aquilino, all of Canonsburg; nephews, Ian (Katherine) Aquilino, Evan (Becca) Aquilino, Amanda (Jeremy) Kittner; and three great-nieces, Reese, Sylvie, and Nina Aquilino; close friends Todd Schrader and Vic DaPra.

He was preceded in death by his father, Tony Aquilino, and brother, Anthony Aquilino.
