Norman E. Boroch age 86 of Houston, passed away peacefully, Sunday January 18, 2026. He was born June 8, 1939, in the South Side of Pittsburgh, a son of the late Edmund and Florence Lis Boroch. Mr. Boroch proudly served with the United States Airforce as an aircraft mechanic before being honorably discharged on November 16, 1961. Norman had been employed at Jones and Laughlin and the United States Steel Corporation in Homestead and was a member of the United Steel Workers of America. He lived most of his life in Houston and was a member of St. Oscar Romero Parish, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, in Meadowlands. On April 15, 1978, he married Mary Elizabeth Livolsi, who survives after 47 years of marriage. Also left behind to cherish his memory are his beloved daughters, Michele Cerciello and her husband John of Washington and Danielle Diehl of South Fayette, 5 grandchildren Noah and Emily Cerciello and Lindsey, Cameron and Madison Diehl, his great grandson Talon McHenry, a sister Silvia Federowski of Castle Shannon, sister-in-law Cathy Boroch and several nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to his parents are his brother David Boroch and brother-in-law Paul Federowski.

Friends and family are welcome from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Thursday January 22, 2026, in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. Joseph P. Salandra LFD owner/supervisor 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg (724) 745-8120. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 am on Friday January 23, 2026, in Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church West Pike Street Meadowlands. (Everyone attending should please meet at church). Interment with full military honors, accorded by the VFW Post 191 of Canonsburg and the United States Air Force, will follow at 10:30 am in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Twp.
