Patricia Ann Scott

Patricia Ann Scott, 85, formerly of Sturgeon, Pennsylvania, passed away on June 24, 2026—her and Clifford’s 59thwedding anniversary. She was born on June 14, 1941, in Covington, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry Moore and Carrie Ann (Jones) McDaniel, and her sister Paula Jean (Moore) Orr. Pat is survived by her husband Clifford Scott; her children Darin (wife Jan), Peggie, and Debbie; her grandsons Connor and Ryan; her great-grandson Leo; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pat was known for her incredible warmth, kindness, and ability to make everyone around her feel loved and valued. She had a cheerful spirit, always saw the good in others, and offered sincere compliments and heartfelt affection freely. A dedicated and hard worker, she worked alongside her husband Cliff in his business and later at the NC State Faculty Club where she resided in Raleigh, NC. Family meant the world to her, and she cherished every moment spent with those closest to her.
