Chester "Chet" W. Crothers

Chester W. “Chet” Crothers age 63 of Marianna, PA, formerly of Canonsburg passed away unexpectedly at his daughters home on Monday, March 22, 2021.

He was born December 28, 1957 in Cambridge, OH, a son of the late Robert and Edna Hitchew Crothers. Chet was a lifelong resident of Canonsburg and was known for wearing his Harley Davidson vest. He could be found hanging out with buddies and drinking a beer at the B & B Tavern in Strabane. He had a love for motorcycles and the Pittsburgh Steelers and always enjoyed a good game of softball. He was a member of the Sons of Italy in Canonsburg.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his daughters Kimberly Crothers and her fiancé Colvess Robinson of Washington and Laura Pipik and her husband Bubba of Marianna; grandchildren Chasity, Callie and Morgan Colbert, Savannah, Arick, Rylee, Angaleigh, Bentley, Baylee and Michaela Johnson; great-grandchildren Kilee and Elijah; brothers Robert “Bob” (Jody) Crothers, Mark Crothers and Thomas “Tom” (Theresa Young) Crothers; ten nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to his parents are brothers William and Daniel and sister Donna Matthews.
