Robert L'Amoureaux

Robert L’Amoureaux age 77 of Canonsburg formerly of Niles Ohio, passed away peacefully at 10:15 am Friday August 21, 2020 in Donnell House, Washington with his family by his side. He was born October 24, 1942 in Warren Ohio, a son of the late Ned G.  L’Amoureaux and Gertrude Murray L’Amoureaux Donegan. Bob lived the past three years in Canonsburg and most of his life in the Niles area and was Lutheran by faith. He had been a teamster and drove truck hauling steel and automobiles and prior to his retirement was employed in environmental service at the Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital for twenty years. Bob enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching television and especially spending time with his family. On November 15, 1975 he married Sherry L. Cullen who survives. Also left behind to cherish his memory are his three sons, Jeff, David and Daniel L’Amoureaux all of Niles, Ohio and his daughter, Kristen (Carey) Carsone of Garner, N.C., four grandchildren, Tabatha Carpenter Ella Carsone Bryan and Brittan L’Amoureaux four great grandchildren, his brother Neal (Joyce) L’Amoureaux of Warren, Ohio a sister Noreen (Denny) Parise of Venice, Florida, his mother in law Mary Louise Thompson of Canonsburg, his former wife Carole (Russ) Kujala of Sarasota Florida, and several nieces and nephews. Deceased is a grandson Jeffrey L’Amoureaux.     

 Private family services will be held Monday August 24, 2020 with pastor Joe Wheeler officiating in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. Joseph P. Salandra Owner/supervisor 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120. Friends and family are welcome to attend a celebration of Bob’s life from noon to 3pm Thursday August 27, 2020 at the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge in Warren, Ohio.  Interment will be in Pineview Memorial Cemetery.
