Virginia M. (Davis) Campbell

Virginia M. Campbell, 87, of Venetia passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2015 in the Washington Hospital.

She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 20, 1928, a daughter of the late William and Bertha Davis.

Virginia enjoyed spending time with her horses, being outdoors, and playing Bingo.  She also attended South Hills Assembly of God.

On September 9, 1950 she married William “Rip” Campbell, who passed away on April 24, 2011.

Surviving are two beloved children, Jeannette A. (Wayne) Wuerl of Peters Twp. and William P. Campbell of Venetia. 

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her eight siblings.  Virginia was the last of her immediate family.

Friends are welcome from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Monday, June 8, 2015 in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra Owner/Supervisor, Lin Webb Funeral Director, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg 724-745-8120 where a funeral service will begin at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, June 9, 2015.  Interment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills.
